Sorry MaryAnn, but I was gone to lunch and didn't forget about you, lol. I have several variations on that recipe that are all good, but this one is also yummy and I use it for holidays and reallyyyyyyy special occasions.
1 chocolate cake mix
1 small chocolate instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup oil
1/2. cup dark rum or amaretto
1 cup reg or mini chocolate chips or chopped rich chocolate bars
Beat on medium for 3 minutes. Fold in chocolate.
Bake at 350 for 55 minutes for bunds pan and according to directions on box for cupcakes or layer cakes. Cool completely.
