I'm not in the north but the west coast. Rebloom is very unusual here. Most years I get a few but usually not on the same plants twice. I've had Rebloom on plants that weren't even registered as rebloomers. I do have 2 plants that rebloom consistently for me, Stella's ruffled fingers and of course Stella de oro.
