Welcome! To ATP
Just wait, you'll find there are many that are easy to love once you start seeing all the options that are available. Daylilies are low maintenance beautiful plants that take well to full sun, part shade, slopes, ditches, wet feet, clay soils, sandy soils, variable ph's, and can be grown in every state in the US. They are also easy and fun to hybridize to make your own unique daylily. The edges on Van Helsing is called teeth and there are many other lovely toothy daylilies you may like. some of my favorite are Bites Like a Thousand Teeth, Black Horns, Body Snatchers, Deadliest Catch, Fangs to You, Oklahoma Sand Burr, Wickedly Wild and Wonderful, Vampire Bat and of coarse Van Helsing.
🌿A weed is a plant whose virtues have not yet been discovered🌿
