American Lady:
According to BAMONA,

Clouded Sulphur:
According to BAMONA, Cassia species in the pea family (Fabaceae). The host plant database says the same thing.
Gulf Fritillary:
BAMONA--Various species of passion-vine including maypops (Passiflora incarnata) and running pop (P. foetida). Host plant database says the same thing.
Red Spotted Purple or White Admiral:
BAMONA--Leaves of many species of trees and shrubs including wild cherry (Prunus), aspen, poplar, cottonwood (Populus), oaks (Quercus), hawthorn (Crataegus), deerberry (Vaccinium stamineum), birch (Betula), willows (Salix), basswood (Tilia), and shadbush (Amelanchier).
Luna Moth:
BAMONA: A variety of trees including white birch (Betula papyrifera), persimmon (Diospyros virginiana), sweet gum (Liquidambar styraciflua), hickories (Carya), walnuts (Juglans), and sumacs (Rhus).
