I would pronounce it HIGH-low-tell-LEAF-ee-um. May or may not be technically correct.

However, scientific names are so regularly murdered so badly by so many it is often easier to just go along with the crowd than be technically correct. Also, pronunciation conventions vary from country to country, so there may be more than one correct way to pronounce a name.

I' too am curious how others pronounce various names.
