That beauty is definitely Cashmere Bouquet (Clerodendrum bungei) I don't know where you live but it's very invasive here in Florida. I inadvertently planted one tiny plant about 3 years ago (thinking it was something else) and it took over the bed it was in and quickly spread to other locations. It grows by underground runners and pops up 15 feet away from the original location. We mow it down in the lawn but oh my it is such a pest plant here ... it has even traveled beneath our deck and screened porch and pops up between the wood slats!
