Ficus pumila (creeping fig) is the only thing that comes to mind that would have small enough leaves and stems flexible enough to tie into place on the tiny trellis. It's a fairly common, easy to grow tropical plant for indoor containers. It will try to creep and root around in the moss so you might need to keep some scissors handy to keep it going up around the trellis.
