Mother said it flowered 1 year when they bough it, ever since nothing...... the two plants are roughly 18 years old. I don't get it. I DO notice little holes on leaves, nothing stating an epidemic that is though. Love to see them bloom someday again...Advice Oh Rose Bush Gods? I praying! Haha
