Will it open more? should I remove that leaf in it's way?

Congrats. By this time you know that it opens much more. Last year was my first time with a Brug (I purchased a rooted cutting) and I ended up having 3 flushes - 2 over 20 blooms. When I took it in ~ Oct 15 it had 22 blooms. Wintered over in my basement under lights. So far this year I have had two flushes of 2 blooms each and right now I have 7 more blooms coming.

This year I am waiting for one I grew from seed last year to form the Y. It is ~ 5 feet tall and I encourage it every day. Hoping it Ys soon cause it IS in a pot on my deck.

cheers
