I fed my plumies in early June, Hawaiian Bud and Bloom 5-50-17, when I saw a leaf claw forming. But it kind of got stuck in that phase for awhile, only this August did I really see more active growth. It was different last year, in late May they were awake from dormancy already. I hope my other Plumeria, Plumeria Celadine will try to bloom this September. Last year it was in bloom at that time.
