Siloam Double Classic has been amazing for me. I bought it in spring of 2014 as a double fan, and it put up a scape and bloomed within weeks after I planted it. Then bloomed again some time in the summer, two nice sturdy scapes.
This year, it bloomed starting in April for nearly a month, took a rest then bloomed non-stop from late May through June. We had a very warm, wet spring this year so I learned how much it likes to be watered. I just checked on it this morning and it is showing signs of putting up some more scapes now. I planted two more plants in my kids' gardens in Salt Lake City this spring, and at least one of them is doing great so far. I didn't get to see the other on my latest visit.
This is a terrific performer for a daylily in south/central Florida. Beautiful flowers that last all day, and smell great. True, the first few blooms in the spring were not double but the rest made up for that.
