My Swedish grandmother had a whole closet full of plastic flowers for Sundays when no one donated an arrangement for church. She would poke plastic violets in her AV when it wasn't blooming. I have put fake flowers outside. No one can tell the difference from the street.
I have fake flowers in my massage practice room. The water in real arrangements can get mighty stinky.
