The arrows show those lateral veins. Celadine has two of them and I have never seen two on any other plumeria. That's not to say they don't exist in other varieties. I just haven't seen two parallel veins other than on the leaves of the Celadine. Perhaps @dutchlady1 will know if other varieties have the double veining.
