Greene, the Monarchs may be in Kamloops because it has a warmer climate, I have lived here for 14 years and have not seen one single Monarch. I tried to find milkweed at the nurseries a few times for other butterflies and the bees. Maybe I will see if I can find seed for the native variety and start my own plants.
