I have a preference towards the TB's.. but recognize the value in the landscape of other types.. I like the IB's for color impact towards the front of a border.. I've had SDB's for about 25 years.. They tuck in nicely between some of the shorter perennials like Dianthus, or some of the shorter Achilleas.. Plus, as Arlyn said, I like the extended season that all the types give.
The surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that it has never tried to contact us.
