'Bela Lugosi' is very hardy here, growing on top of a retaining wall where it is presumably more exposed to temperature swings than it would be in flat ground. It flowers well enough but I really can't comment on increase because it is battling with invading Rudbeckia 'Goldsturm' so that wouldn't be fair. It's doing well enough that the Rudbeckia hasn't won the battle
