My expensive grafted cactus bottom green graft had rotted and the colorful cactus body is all that's left. It's got small areas of purple and green so I think it can survive on own roots. Usually I read you let it sit and let the bottom dry and callous and then new roots start to grow out the bottom and you pot it. However mine has a small piece of root leftover, should it be potted right now or wait?
