dave said:Right, they get archived just like you described. Once the thread is 7 days old it automatically gets moved to the other forum, mainly so that the original forum doesn't get completely clogged with 365 of these threads after a year has gone by.

The threads continue to be available as always, and can continue to receive replies. Members who participated in the threads can also continue to view them via their thread watcher, "My Posts" feature, and of course just going to that archive forum.

I was wondering about that thinking that the Daylily Forum might get pretty crowded with those daylilies of the day. Should have known you already had a solution for it!!! Thumbs up

As far as reviews after this becomes established on more forums it might be just easier to watch the Past Plants Forum. That is what I am doing, now watching the Past Plant Of The Day Forum and figure I would notice any plant that I grow that way and can write up my review.

I just did my first review on Daylily Orange Velvet. I do watch the Daylily Forum but find I missed seeing ones that I grow and just found them on the Past Threads Forum.
