Me too, most of mine took 4 years, though a few bloomed at 3. And there were a few others that took 5 years.
In 2009 I bought 8 different brugmansia cuttings. That's 6 years ago. They've all gotten to be big trees. 2 of them have never bloomed for me, but both have buds now! I'll finally get to see if I was sent the right cuttings.
