That's a hard question to answer Mark. For someone just starting out it can be 'any plumeria that will bloom for me' - for a more established collector it is probably the one that is a tad beyond their budget, and for a serious collector (read: addict ) it's more likely to be the one that has just been revealed from Thailand or somewhere like that that hasn't yet been imported into the US.
