All the framing has been removed, some tweaking of the concrete adjacent to the channel drain was done with a diamond-impregnated grinder, and I have just hosed it all off. One view shows the channel/trench drain without its grate and another with the grate in place. The sunroom's flooring will be porcelain tile. A step-down onto the extended patio is 18" beyond that drain. The structure's 32' long glass wall will sit adjacent to the step-down. There will be a brick wall on the left side and another glass wall on the right side.

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.
