Today, I cooked down a batch of beef fat for the tallow. I use this for my homemade suet. For the warm months, I buy the year-round suet as it doesn't go bad quickly and save my stuff for the cooler months. The Baltimore Orioles have been eating the suet. That's something I've not seen before. They usually go for the oranges.
