So normally I pluck all of the seed pods, but this year, I saved a couple. One was a huge seed pod on my El Desperado that crossed with a mystery daylily.

Over the weekend, it cracked open. Unfortunately, I had 3 rather long 14 hour days at work and never got home till way after dark to go look. Angry

Fortunately, there were still seeds in two of the sections, yielding 12 nice sized seeds! Drooling

My 14 year old daughter and I are going to save them and plant them and see what we get. It will be a fun experiment.
