Pretty blooms, Ursula. I did sort out the grass quandary. The guy had a long string of torpedo grass, some crab grass and a clump of St. Augustinegrass. He left happy knowing what to kill and what to encourage.

B. Little Stars (B. nodosa x B. subulifolia) is beginning to bloom and nicely scent the OC at night.

And a cluster is just opening on Guarianthe [Gur.] bowringiana.
