I love this daylily as well. I have only had it 3 years and still don't get the registered bud count. My bud count was around 12 to 15, however, this plant's scapes get very tall here. I haven't measured but I would guess they are at least 48". It is fertile both ways and I have had some nice seedlings from it. Scapes hold the flowers well here and the flowers have good substance in hot sun.
