Does anyone know how to maximize the fragrance of plumerias? For example, I have some Pacific Pearl plumerias that are supposed to have the classic fragrance, but it is very weak.
More sunshine is supposed to help strengthen the fragrance, but is there anything else (special fertilizers, care, and so forth) to do that will strengthen the fragrance? Thank you for your time.
