I love this one as well, and have planted it again and again - because sadly

it rarely makes it through our hot, wet summers! It should be perennial here, and last at least 3 years, but so far it's been an annual for me.

Maybe I can find a sunny spot under an overhang for it? Or try it in a big container that I can move under cover when it pours?
