I'm sorry I don't follow this forum due to limited free time. I've talked to Charlie and we have this resolved. My employee had lost the second fan and Charlie was only given one fan with a tiny side increase. We will certainly see that it is reshipped tomorrow correctly. BTW, if you EVER have problems with our plants we are as close as your phone 1-800-522-3198 to resolve it. We want you to be happy with our stock.
