Marilyn - I obtain salvia based on their bloom time. I use cultivars and species that bloom in late Fall, Winter, and very early Spring when the hummingbirds migrate and are here on the east coast of Central/South Florida. Or if plants bloom year round as Hidalgo does. I have not seen bees use mine, but I have seen the large Sulphur butterflies use it.

I have heard of Mulberry Jam and will have to look further into information on it. Thank you!
