I have an appointment with spring!
Hi, addicts, with all of your company, and all of the DLs as yet not planted.....I don't want to be cured.
I have been scrolling thru my yard pictures, and I note that this year, my DLs were not as floriferous as last year.
Weather conditions? I don't know. Just had the last bloom of them all today, from Dainty Eyes. nodding Hurray!
This is the first year that Paper Butterfly hasn't kept pushing up blooms throughout the whole summer, right thru Sept into Oct.
Same with some other rebloomers, like Miss Tinkerbell. They, and many others that are mature, had a shorter blooming period. Aside from adding compost, and adding espoma for flowering plants in early next spring, any opinions, or suggestions?
PS...this website will help me survive the dormant season...will live vicariously thru the other zones!
