I don't recall seeing a candelilla - Euphorbia antisyphilitica - blooming like the one in the database or like what you can find using a Google search. Either I really never saw one blooming or the ones that I did see were blooming inconspicuously. It's conceivable I saw one blooming and it just didn't catch my attention enough for it to stick in my mind
