I bought Pardon Me 4 years ago. It struggled between the rose bushes but valiantly put up its scapes each year though the blooms never looked good. I moved it this spring to a slightly shadier spot but one where it was not crowded by other plants. What a difference! It re-bloomed and in spite of awful weather this summer it is still blooming. I was thinking of getting rid of it but now it is definitely a keeper.
