Ursula and Ken, I feel for both of you. Ken because I have just done some remodeling and working with contractors can be so frustrating. Not all of them, we do have a great one but he is usually too busy to work us in. Ursula because I made an open porch off my second floor bedroom into a GH in our last home. Hauling 20" pots through the house and up and down stairs twice a year was rough. But, we loved waking up to the jungle each day.
