Just fabulous color on Big George, there Jim. Little George is limping along sadly, but still alive. I'm hoping my new fert regime and better watering practice plus more diligent application of insecticide will help.

I have a Psychopsis like yours, too. Started with a baby plant from a give-away at Selby, and it has grown a big, new leaf each year, but each year it also seems to lose a leaf, so we are not gaining. I'm thinking it's somewhat futile for me to try to grow out baby plants in my rather harsh environment. I've done ok with bigger divisions but all the babies I've tried with really struggle.
