Okay- I ask for 1 replacement cutting. He/she told me that put it in partial sun which I did before i had even callous the cutting like everyone suggested that I do here vs their suggestion by covering it up with soil. I told them that I already put it in partial sun since the last spoke to you about the problem/concern. They said its sunburnt. So pretty much from what I'm getting at their responses is = no replacement cutting. That's okay. I no longer will be ordering from them. I'll take my chances with my baby callous one LOL

Edit: they want the rotten cutting mailed back to them in order to get another replacement cutting. I callous that rotten cutting. Lost cause.
