I'm not sure what zone but Stockton, Ca. The company said that they have seen sunburnt cuttings survive and they want me to give it a chance for it to thrive by covering it in soil (first advice). Which I did as well move it to get partial sun just in case- 2nd advice from them-
I already did this. However, here on the forum suggested to callous to save the cutting - i went ahead to callous to prevent further damage.

According to them, they don't have a problem replacing the cutting but I have to mail the bad cutting to get a new one. I had already callous their cutting which I didn't tell them that I did. I'm not even sure they would accept the cutting after I had already callous it. It feels like I have to jump through loops just to get another replacement cutting. I don't like to give bad reviews or be negative but I just not happy with their service. They want pictures of all the cuttings which I had already sent them the first time I had addressed my concerns with that bad cutting.

Overall, I just think it's too much trouble on my behalf to just get another cutting- postage, going to the post office. This mother of 3 doesn't have time for that. I won't be ordering from them anymore. My intentions was to attempt rooting the multi-cutting pulmerias since I had really good success in single cuttings.

Company--- "Just Pulmerias" through Facebook

Here is 2 out 4 cuttings I ordered from them. 3rd cutting not pictured. Just took this picture 2 hours ago. It seems like it doing okay.
