Just an observation, the cuttings they are giving you are multi-tip but in my opinion are too short and it appears to me from this year's growth. In my experience, any cuttings from this year's growth (around this time) are still too soft, therefore susceptible to rot or will dry out too easy.

I prefer cuttings from previous year's growth (preferably in spring) or in Fl just before our first frost, which is around Feb. This gives the new tips/branches enough time to harden and making it easier to root and less susceptible to rot. This also increases the chance of blooming at the first year of planting.

This is one of the main reason why I prefer to cut the plants in spring too and I usually cut it longer (10 to 18 inches depending I the variety). The only exception are the plumerias that are dwarf or compact or blooms from short tips.
