I wish we have a consumer rating system here in ATP for plumeria vendors (
@dave, or we can just make it a sticky thread in the plumeria forum) because some of these plumeria cuttings plus shipping are really expensive and if we have vendors that 'don't want to make it right' they should be called out for it. Of course, to be fair, these vendors should be given a chance for them to respond to complains. The thread can also be used as a recognition for vendors that are doing it right, not only on price and customer service but on the quality of their plumeria plants.
There is strength in numbers, so if they know that we are ATP members, maybe they will make sure to give us high quality cuttings (or at minimum a one-time hassle-free replacement).
