Thank you for the support guys. Thank You! These cuttings when I got them were softer and it appeared somewhat a bit shriveled when I first got them but like I said I didn't know any better. The one I ordered from Hawaii was hard a rock and it was not shriveled up like these. As size wise they were probably 8-10" almost same size as my single if not smaller. I don't even think they were at least 12". I know for sure it was definitely not 16-24" like Ken had mentioned. If I knew they had some prior complaints I wouldn't have ordered from them. I'm just going to leave it alone. i'm just tired on having to explain myself to them. They wanted updated pictures of my cuttings - for what? To determine whether a replacement cutting is needed? Or Just to tell me the same thing like last time- "the tips are good and cover it up with soil". I sent them the exact same picture I posted here with my concerns. It's okay Ken, I'm not going to even ask for a free postage label because I have a feeling they are going to make me jump through loops for that too. It shouldn't be this much work and so many days to ask for a replacement cutting. They won't do anything until I send them updated pictures of my cuttings. Whatever....

I agree David!! Thumbs up

:thankyou: guys!
