Once, not quite innocently, I was demonstrating our company's barcode & labeling software to a customer, and showing him how easy it was to add custom text and pictures.

I used the names of our engineers as variable text, and whatever I had on hand as pictures.

It was not quite an innocent accident that one annoying engineer got paired with a sketch of a wingnut.

The customer just looked at me over his glasses and nodded agreement.
