Cinda - that top photo of yours looks similar to needrain's photo. What cultivar is that one? I do have a couple of plants in a dry spot - too close to the house. They're not happy there and plan on relocating them this weekend. Our good rains have been fewer this year so that might be contributing to their unhappiness. We've gotten lots of sprinkles but not hard enough to get through the tree canopy to the ground.
