Some progress while I was gone. Brick-work was finished, the majority of the glass is in place, and the beam is being cased in. The fascia boards were put in, tying in and sealing the roof to the glass structure.
Today the electrical and plumbing will be advanced so that the last of the beaded-board can be put up and the ceiling finally closed in. The beam casing should be finished today as well as casing in the central-column and the two end-columns. The final three panels of glass will be put up and then final silicone sealant can be applied. We are still waiting for replacement parts for the sliding door (missing rubber gasket) and sliding window (lower rail was received bent and unusable) units so that these can be installed. Tile is scheduled for Thursday and I have my fingers crossed that this will be finished by the end of the week.
