Please, when you take the photos can you remember to include photos of the leaves, stem, bark, etc. And step back to get a wide habitat view. All that will help.
We can rule out Elderberry and the Black Chokecherry.
I think it is a privet of some type, maybe the a variety of the Common Privet or possibly the California Privet,
but it will be nice to have a positive ID for the plant.
