Stop? I can't stop Rolling my eyes. Actually usually you use a courier for all but the smallest international shipments. This should go very quick, within a week or so I would think. Perhaps a bit more, depending on the courier and the chosen service. Preferable the sender should supply you with a tracking number so you can monitor the whereabouts of the shipment the whole time. Sometimes there can be a change between couriers when goods cross borders, so it wont be delivered in the way you think. I'd check local forums and so on for how well the various courier services work in Chile, so you know what to expect. Hold up in customs would be the main concern...

Of course this is all very theoretical as customs will for sure confiscate any goods that aren't allowed into the country so one must be absolutely sure it's OK and one must have all permits and so on that may be needed. Simply having a phyto may not be enough.
