I haven't had any seeds germinate either Jon. I love it so much and wish seeds would work but as I've talked to serious growers, they admit they do better with stem cuttings too. A few years ago, I think it was 2009, we had a mild winter and by late spring, purslane was popping up in places in my garden. Same with a pot I had that I over winterd inside.
