If you go to the Plant Database, then click on Roses.. Search by characteristics.. select medium red and either single or semi-double (I'm guessing that's what it is from the picture).. You'll come up with a lot to choose from. I have a hard time photographing red roses too.. The red tends to bleed and not be easy to really see. I wouldn't discount it not being a climber based on the size pot it's in. Was this cutting grown? how long has it been in the pot? It's got great looking foliage..
You might also try searching under McGredy as the hybridizer name to see if anything matches. His nursery was in New Zealand and had some nice reds.. I grew Dublin Bay and it was beautiful..
