Elephant Ear (Colocasia 'Coffee Cups') is a pretty one! It will slow down as usual if you over-winter it in the container in the basement but I'd think you could also remove it from the pot and store the tuber ... should be fine as long as it stays dry and then you could re-pot the tuber in the spring. Hopefully some of our knowledgeable Colocasia growers will pop in with some advice.
