Yeah - she was apparently saving up to bloom this year. She did bloom the summer I planted her but that was it for a while. Every spring I think she's pretty much toast but she comes back! Right now I think she's 6 or 7 fans. It's something with Petit plants. I have several and they seem to take a while to get used to being up this way. They're usually worth the wait though so I keep em around.
