I have 2 other kinds...Pokeweed and juniper (not a shrub, more a tree) berries are used by birds! Every year toward the end of summer, I start seeing pieces of Ashe Juniper twigs including berries scattered on the ground on my place. Not sure if it's the birds that do that or something else, but I know birds do eat the berries!
I would feel more optimistic about a bright future for man if he spent less time proving that he can outwit Nature and more time tasting her sweetness and respecting her seniority. E. B.White
Integrity can never be taken. It can only be given, and I wasn't going to give it up to these people. Gary Mowad
