Right before the huge frost that we had this past weekend, I ran out and cut the scapes on the two Oktoberfests and one other Maryott daylily that I got this summer (name is currently escaping me). Well the Oktoberfests have been happily blooming all week and the third one is getting ready to open up tomorrow.. maybe.
Loving that the Oktoberfest is an extended bloomer. I have three blossoms open today and they still look great.
